We offer only fresh and organic food for eg selfmade juice and homemade bread from our traditional oven

 


Welcome to our place, the Hacienda Los Andes. Manuela Paradeiser from Vienna and Clark Stede from Germany are the owners of the lodge in the Andes.

 


Fresh Fish, other seafood and selected meat we serve our clients. Our organic food we produce and buy from small farms. Vegeterian food we offer too!

 


BBQ fresh fish and tender meat plus fresh salad is one of our typical hacienda menue

 


Our hacienda offers a individual service for you. We are travellers who work for travellers!
