The Hacienda Los Andes is a gate to the wilderness of the Andes. It is a cosy and comfortably equipped outdoor centre easly reached from La Serena (see traveller information). There are thirteen beds of different categories available at this 1000 acres estate. After an adventurous trip, you are invited to relax in one of the gardens or watch the starlit night sky from the jacuzzi.

Our Hacienda offers six cosy rooms decorated in a colonial style. All
rooms have private bathrooms and a direct view to the garden and the
Andes.
310 sunny days each year, the abundant nature of the surroundings and
the very clear air are an invitation to spend some relaxing days with
us in the Andes. Starbright nights and an unspoiled wilderness offer
you a real nature vacation, leisure and recreation.
Service and Activities
We offer our clients the abundance of our 1000 acre nature reserve
with its 11 kilometers of hiking trails, a jacuzzi with a maginificent
view on the snowcaped Andes that soar on the horizon, a sauna and our
palm garden for relaxing hours and of course we offer exklusive access
to our 3 kilometers of lush river banks with romantic bathing places.
Moreover we put a wide range of activities and excursions at your disposal:
Horseback riding, Trekking in the Andes, Mountainbiking and many more
activities, which can all
be arranged on site.

For our meals we exklusively use local products of traditional cultivation, that we obtain directly from the small holding farmers of the Río Hurtado valley. Feel free to visit these friendly and open people in search of delicious fruits, cheese and vegetables and contact to the local folks. |
